Hotel Rules and Regulations
Welcome to the Invictus Hotel.
Please read with the following rules and regulations which are obligatory for all our guests. We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted leaving the hotel, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviors, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
Invictus Hotel management will highly appreciate your collaboration in abiding by these rules and regulations, which aim is to ensure peaceful and safe stay for our Guests.
General
Check-in, check-out, and payment procedures:
- Check-in time is 14:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Guests are charged per night.
- If upon check-in the guest does not specify the duration of their stay, the hotel will presume it is for one night.
- Bills must be settled by cash or valid credit card; personal checks are not accepted.
- Guests wishing to check out later than 11:00 a.m. are kindly requested to ask for permission from our reception before 09:00 a.m. (subject to room availability, otherwise it will be charged for one additional night).
- Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the date given while checking in are kindly asked to inform our reception before 48 hours on the original departure date.
- Extension of your stay without reservation is subject to room availability.
- All services and rules used in the hotel are approved with your signature.
- Personal document needs to be provided when checking in.
Safety:
- When not being used, do not touch the fire extinguisher.
- Inviting strangers into the guest rooms, to use the facilities and or amenities is prohibited. For security reasons, joiner must register at reception before entering the room.
- Ordering and delivery of food from outside our hotel is prohibited.
- No guest is allowed to give up his or her room to be used by third parties even if the room has been duly paid for.
- Bringing illegal items, exotic plants or animals, weapons, explosives, etc. is prohibited.
- The hotel accepts guests traveling with pets. Only one pet is allowed per room for an extra charge and the guest bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet. Pets must be leashed in common areas.
- Installation of any foreign item into guest rooms or any part of our building is prohibited.
- Guests are expected to lock their rooms properly to prevent access of third parties. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
- Room heaters, electric irons and other similar devices which are not a part of the hotel room equipment are subject to permission from the hotel management.
- All the valuables should be kept in a safe – Our hotel is not responsible for situations such as theft or loss.
- The hotel has the right to refuse a person to stay at the hotel.
- Restaurant possessions such as plates, forks, glasses, etc. cannot be not brought into the room without permission from the restaurant.
- The fire plan is placed in every corridor.
- No smoking is allowed in the hotel or in the rooms.
Etiquette:
- Gambling or any other behavior that is against public morals in the hallways or guest rooms is prohibited.
- Guests and other individuals using the hotel services are asked to make sure their conduct should not disturb other guests. The hotel may refuse its services to individuals who violate this rule.
- It is forbidden to disturb other guests between 11 at night and 7 in the morning.
Using Hotels Equipment and Furniture:
- To prevent bad odors, kitchens can be used for meal preparation only with the hotel’s permission.
- It is forbidden to take or destroy hotel belongings. Please consult the reception and the website for the price list.

- In case of any malfunction please call the reception.
Other:
- Items left behind by a guest will be sent on demand by post at the guest’s expense to any address the guest may specify. If not specifically instructed the hotel will store such items for 7 days and then donate them to a charitable cause.
- Personal belongings left by guests in the hotel room upon leaving shall be sent to the address indicated by the guest at their expense. If no instructions are left, belongings will be stored by the hotel for 1 month.
- Baby cot can be provided to a child under 2 years old upon request.
Financial liability:
- The hotel guest bears financial liability for damaging or destroying the hotel’s equipment and technical devices due to their fault or due to the fault of their visitors.
- Any damage should be reported to our reception immediately after it becomes apparent.
- Smoking in hotel rooms, corridor, staircase, restaurant, bar, wellness zone, cloak rooms, gym and reception hall is prohibited. Violation of the prohibition is subject to a fine of €1200.
- At the guest’s request, the hotel renders the following free-of-charge services:
information concerning the guest’s stay and travel.

storage of luggage; the hotel may refuse to store luggage at times other than during the guest’s stay at the hotel or if the belongings are not of a personal kind. - Use of phones in guest rooms will be charged to your bill. Please see price list below.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Accommodation price includes the use of the following hotel services and facilities: buffet breakfast, in-room safe, wireless internet in all rooms and public areas.
Tourist tax and insurance are charged additional EUR 1.40 per person/day for adults, EUR 0.95 per person/day for children 12-18 years old and EUR 0.50 per person/day for children under 12 years old.

Conditions for children |
Children under 6 years old stay free of charge. Upon request, we provide baby cot for children under the age of 2, at no extra charge. Children from 6 up to 12 years old, accommodated on the extra bed, pay 60% of the adult’s rate. Children 12 to 16 years old with an adult in the room are allowed 20% discount on the adult’s rate. |
Conditions for pets |
The owner is responsible for cleaning after their pet. Only songbirds, cats and small breed dogs are allowed to bring in the hotel. Owner is responsible for any possible damage suffered by the pet in the premises of the hotel. The hotel is not obliged to keep the items, materials or items that the pet needs. |

Restaurant bar and pool are on the 0th floor.
Call Invictus Restaurant for evening reservations. Menus can be found in the rooms.
Call customer service to change bed linen. Cleaning is done every 3 days. Laundry is available at an extra charge.

Hotel Pool Rules and Regulations
The following Rules and Regulations are for the benefit of all our loyal guests to insure safe and sanitary operation of the pool facility at the Invictus Hotel. Your cooperation in following these conditions is greatly appreciated.
General rules:
- Access to pool facilities is permitted to hotel guests only.
- The Pool area is open daily from 08.00 to 19.00.
- Hotel staff or the swimming pool staff is authorized to demand the guest key card or ask for details about your room number for verification.
- Guests staying at the hotel may use the swimming pool area free of charge.
- A proper swimming costume is a must for using the swimming pool facilities.
- Accidents, thefts and complaints must be reported to appropriate personnel or reception without delay. The hotel is not responsible with these issues.
Hotel responsibilities:
- The hotel is responsible for ensuring set up, operation and maintenance of facilities in accordance with regulations. In particular, all applicable health and safety standards shall be complied with at all times. The hotel does not have any further responsibilities.
- As soon as the hotel is informed of a facility’s failure, deficiency or defectiveness that no longer guarantees its safe operation, the hotel shall immediately prohibit the use of the defective facility or limit its use appropriately.
- The hotel and its staff are not obliged or in a position to supervise minors, those with physical or mental disabilities, and non-swimmers. The facility is not under constant supervision.
Children:
- Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.
- Children swimming with inflated teaching aids need strict supervision by their parents.
- Use of an infant life vest is encouraged and is available upon request as per availability.
- Children below 12 must be accompanied by a person over 18.
- One adult can accompany a maximum of 2 children.
- The current youth protection regulations, especially pertaining to alcohol and tobacco restrictions, exclusion orders, and obligations of guardians must be respected by young people and their guardians alike.
Safety:
- Glassware and glassy drinks are prohibited to use around and in the pool.
- There is no lifeguard, please do not take risks.
It is forbidden to enter the pool outside of pool hours. - Use the pool ladder to enter and exit the swimming pool to avoid any injury.
- Diving is strictly prohibited as it can lead to injury.
- The pool is only for swimming, any other fun play in the pool should be avoided.
- Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition (e.g., heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy, or respiratory problems) should not use the swimming pool.
- A person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the pool or the surrounding area.
- Do not swim when you are hungry, exhaustive, overheated, and for at least an hour after the meal.
- Gum chewing is not permitted anywhere in the pool area for health and safety reasons.
- Guests swim at their own risk and the Hotel will not be responsible for any injuries while using the Hotel facilities.
- Under instruction by the public health department, people with the following are not allowed to use the pool:
– filamentous fungus, pyogenic bacteria, skin diseases and other infectious diseases.
– persons with high fever, conjunctivitis(pinkeye), laryngitis
– persons in bandages or excessive taping. - Please refrain from wearing any shoes on the swimming premises except our rental beach sandals.
- Glasses, sunglasses, accessories are not allowed to be worn inside the swimming pool for safety reasons. We also recommend our guests to keep those items in a locker.
- Guests are obliged to be considerate towards other pool visitors, especially as regards noise. Therefore, anything that might cause a hazard or nuisance to other guests is prohibited.
- Photographing or filming people without their consent is prohibited.
- Electronic devices (e.g., mobile phones and tablets) may only be used with headphones.
- Please take care when walking around the area. Although special non-slip tiles are installed, there is increased risk of slipping in the pool area and we recommend that visitors wear pool shoes.
- Running is prohibited around the pool facility for your and other’s safety.
- Climbing on or over the pool area barriers is prohibited.
- Every guest is required to provide first aid or other assistance if required.
- Do not leave your valuables on sun loungers and tables.
Hygiene regulations:
- Disinfect your feet at the entrance.
- It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts, garbage, etc. into the pool and its surroundings.
- Use the toilets, avoid polluting the pool.
- Pets are not allowed to enter the pool.
- Do not apply any lotion/cream on the body before entering the pool.
- Taking a shower before entering the pool is mandatory, and it is also advisable to take a bath with soap after leaving the pool.
- Chewing tobacco, pan masala, etc. inside the pool premises is strictly prohibited.
- Spitting, spouting water, and blowing your nose in the pool are prohibited.
- Throwing litter on pool premises is strictly prohibited as it may choke pipelines/drainage systems of the swimming pool.
- In case you have long hair please ensure that you put on a swimming cap before entering the pool.
- Food and Beverages from outside the Hotel are not allowed in the Pool area.
- Guests are required to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness throughout the pool facility.
- Barefoot areas may not be entered with street shoes.
- People with infectious diseases must not enter the pool facility.
- For hygiene reasons, guests must shower prior to entering a pool, and turn off the shower after use.
- The use of soap, shampoos or detergents, and washing swimwear in the pools is prohibited.
- Waste must be placed in the designated waste containers.
- The consumption of food, drinks, cigarettes and similar stimulants is prohibited in the pools.
Etiquette:
- Ball games and other disturbing games are prohibited, as well as excessive noise.
- Clothing is required outside the pool area.
- Pool depth is 1.8m. Please be carefu.
- Speakers which release sound are not permitted. Please refrain from wearing earphones as you swim.
- Recording videos and taking pictures of other guests on the premises without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Any nuisance or harassment which caused by taking pictures on the premises is also strictly prohibited.
Children related regulations:
- Children under 12 years of age without an adult relative are prohibited.
- Observe your children.
- Children are prohibited from entering the pool with diapers.
- Any responsibilities that may arise from the use of the pool belong to the users and their families.
Other:
- Do not wear valuable jewelry while swimming.
- Kindly keep all valuables in the lockers provided, management cannot be held liable for the loss of any valuables or other personal property left at the swimming pool premises.
- The hotel or Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability, or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
- These rules and regulations are subject to change at any time without notice.
- With reference to issues not in the afore mentioned, our staff may make requests when necessary. Guests who refuse to follow these rules will be turned away from usage of the pool facilities without a refund.
